Holte Consulting signs frame agreement with Statoil!

Holte Consulting has been awarded a frame agreement with Statoil for consultancy services within the Quality and Risk Management (QRM) area.

External Quality Assurance KS2 of the Procurement Solution Document for Future Combat Aircraft Capability
Econ Pöyry and Holte Consulting have performed external quality assurance of the Norwegian Ministry of Defence's project P7600 Future Combat Aircraft Capability, in accordance with our framework agreement with The Norwegian Ministry og Finance. Our equal clients has been The Ministry of Defence and The Ministry of Finance. Prior to this, we performed external quality assurance KS1 of the Conseptual solution for project 7600 for the same clients.

We recommend that the procurement solution document (Utvidet fremskaffelsesløsning) dated 31. October 2008 forms the basis for the next phase of the future combat aircraft project (P7600).

The establishment of the collective requirements related to the future combat aircraft capability and the evaluation of the candidates is, in our opinion, undertaken in a professional and ethically sound manor, thus establishing confidence that the evaluation of the candidates is in accordance with the Parliaments and the Governments terms.

Grims Grenka

- First Hotels open a new design hotel in Oslo, 1st January 2008

First Hotel Noble House is carrying out extensive restoration/renovation during 2007 to reopen as an exclusive, international level, design hotel. As part of the process, the hotel will change its name to Grims Grenka, and will base its style on Eastern mysticism influenced by elements from exotic Norwegian nature.

Grims Grenka comprises 45 large rooms and 18 suites, all of which will be refurbished in various stages. The entire reception/lobby area will be renovated, and the roof terrace will be re-opened in its new splendour in summer 2007.

The project is organised into builder-managed part contracts. Holte Consulting is being contracted by First Hotels to lead the renovation and provide project and planning management.
